Network Uptime – Uptime of network connectivity across locations, factories, HO
Network Support for New locations ,Expansion of Location – Follow up with ISP and primary trouble shooting on network whenever required
Mail communication with internal Stakeholder about link status.
Configuring and monitoring Network Management suit [Solarwinds]
Configuration of network devices, Routing Static , BGP, IBGP,
Monitoring network connectivity
Publishing monthly reports in graphically
Set-up of Network Infrastructure at Sales / Warehouses [WAN and LAN]
Providing VC Support and Coordination
ITIL /ISM documentation
Network Product inventory management from procurement to end of life
Network configuration documentation
Datacenter Management and process setup
SLA and NDA management
Track and AMC of Network product
Validate and Ensure payment process.
Fillup Datacentre related forms for SOX support
Contract renewal and Network Inventory management
Provide Forecast and provision for Network related costs
