Network Engineer

Overview

Job Responsibilities-  

Collaborating with network architects to design and implement functional enterprise networks with BhaiFi
Designing, configuring, implementing and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls with proactive security measures
Ensuring network best-practices are implemented during deployments, audits and network documentation
Manage all client situations in a professional and courteous business manner with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, while timely keeping the customer abreast of expectations, problem status and completion
Dealing with escalated network support issues & working along with the Customer Success team to resolve them with maximum customer satisfaction in min. time
Reviewing network status & performance reports
Managing and mentoring existing Network Engineering Team
Reporting to COO & working along with CTO for product implementation
