Preparing the estimates of different types of materials for eg kitchen, number of doors, washroom etc.
Researching different ideas for different finishes in the house that will make the house standout.
Talking to different vendors for ordering the different finishes in the house.
Responsible to track the utilities expenses which may require making the calls
Responsible to do research by looking online for properties suitable to buy
